At BOPmags.com, we work hard to process all orders promptly so your subscription can begin as soon as possible. Please take a moment to review our policy before placing your order, as all purchases are final once processed.

Correctional Facility Orders

  • PLEASE BE AWARE: Any orders placed for inmates are at the buyer’s own risk.

  • We cannot guarantee delivery of publications to correctional facilities due to varying regulations across different states and institutions.

  • Before placing an order, we strongly recommend that you contact the facility to confirm whether the titles you are ordering are permitted.

  • There are NO REFUNDS for orders placed, including those refused or rejected by correctional facilities.

  • If a facility no longer accepts magazines, we can assist by redirecting the subscription to an alternative address (such as the recipient's home) at no additional charge if you provide proof of rejection by the facility, otherwise you will need to change the address directly with the publisher yourself (at no charge) or purchase the change of address service through our website. Order Processing & Final Sales

  • All orders are pre-paid to the publishers upon processing.

  • Once your order has been submitted and processed, it is non-cancellable and non-refundable because the publisher will not refund us.

  • Please ensure all information, including mailing address and recipient details, is accurate at the time of purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Subscriptions are delivered directly by the publisher via standard postal service.

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on the publisher and the magazine’s publication frequency. Please allow up to 120 days for the first issue to arrive. We are unable to investigate or dispute delivery concerns until this timeframe has passed.

  • Shipping, processing and/or handling fees, if applicable, will be clearly stated at checkout.
